Ordering and delivery

When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 12-20 days for international orders. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Because of this unique business model we can save enormously on storage and transport costs and we can offer the products at a lower price than the competitor and take care of the shipping costs ourselves.

The expected delivery time is over, where is my order?

In 99% of the cases the orders will be delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

Have you not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time? Then please contact us.

I am missing some products with my order, how is that possible?

Because we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately from each other. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

What are the shipping costs?

We take care of the shipping costs of your order.*

*It sometimes happens that we give away a number of items for FREE for promotion purposes. To cover the costs we charge €6,95 for shipping costs.


Exchanges and returns


I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Yes, you can return any order to us within 14 days without giving a reason.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days after receipt. Products must be returned in original condition and provided with labels and tags. The product may not contain any traces of use.

A return must always be provided with Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

If we have received the returned items we will make sure that the purchase amount is in your account within 7 days.
